MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers

Imagine.  It's Monday, and you have a date.  The kind you look forward to all week.
The kids are taken care of.  Your husband has other plans.  And you?  You're headed to MOPS, a group especially for moms with children ages birth through five years.  It's a time to laugh.  It's a chance to relax.  It's a place to connect.

Let's set a date.

Mothers of Preschoolers meets the second Monday of each month from September through May.  As the only MOPS group in the Sioux Falls area that meets at night, we're here for working moms and stay-at-home moms alike.
Meetings run from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.  They are held in the fellowship hall of our host church, First Evangelical Free, located just west of 69th Street and Western Avenue in Sioux Falls.

Membership has its privileges.

Enrolling in MOPS locally also makes you a member of MOPS International. 
Membership in the larger organization brings added benefits such as a monthly magazine, weekly e-mails, discounts on MOPS resources, and a welcome pack.
Registering for MOPS is easy.  Simply contact the FEFC office, and the folks there will connect you with the group's coordinator.
Mops does charge a nominal fee for membership.  Annual dues are based on the cost of childcare, craft supplies, and necessary essentials.  The steering team works hard to limit expenses so that all can take part.  Scholarships are available.

Dues will be prorated after the December meeting.  Visitors are welcome to attend their first meeting at no cost; however, we do ask that you call ahead so that we can prepare a nametag, childcare, and craft supplies for you.
